Returns Policy

Please note: All Things Uber Ltd is the registered name of the company responsible for this website and which you will be making a purchase from when any orders are placed for any of our products. Within this documentation, All Things Uber Ltd will be referred to as the following; us and we.  Within this documentation, any individuals making a purchase from All Things Uber Ltd will be referred to as the following; customer, you, client and yourself.

Our policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulation Act of 2013.
 

 

Order Cancellation

It is the right of all customers to cancel an order after they have placed it. To cancel an order, customers must email All Things Uber Ltd. Once the cancelation email has been received and reviewed, a full refund will be processed within 14 days providing the order has not yet been shipped. All funds will be refunded to the credit card/debit card/PayPal account provided at the time of purchase.
If an order has been booked with a courier at the time of cancellation, customers will be charged the relative postage costs as free shipping options will incur a £9.95 charge.

 

Returns Policy

For all returns you will first need to contact us via email info@uberboard.co.uk
Proof of purchase must be provided.
In accordance to our returns policy, you are allowed 14 days to return a product. This period starts on the day you receive a product. Any returned item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition as when received by customers. Please ensure all security seals, tags, packaging, documentation and accessories are still intact. If any product has been used or damaged in any way, we are unable to accept it as a return.
The following details must be included with any return enquiry;
The full name of the customer as given at the time of purchase.
The order number of the product which would have been emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
The customer must state any reasons for returns.

 

All returning products will be deemed the responsibility of the customer to arrange postage back to us at the address of our stated warehouse until the point that it reaches said destination. It is for this reason that we request that customers please ensure that the delivery service appointed will be providing insurance for the full value of any returning items.
Products successfully returned to us will immediately undergo routine checks. After all necessary checks are completed, we will exchange, repair or refund your item as appropriate. This process may take up to 28 days from the date that an item is returned.

 

Refunds

Following any cancellations or returns of products the refund process may take up to 14 working days from the time of us receiving an email notification from customers. Proof of purchase must be provided.

 

Faulty Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe that you have a faulty or incorrect item.
We provide a 14 day cooling off period within which a repair may be possible providing the board, charger or accessory are completely free of any damage and all seals are intact or the warranty for said items will be deemed void.
A £25 inspection fee will be applied for all items reported after the 14 day cooling off period and a written quotation will be provided before any work is completed.
After we have received your consignment, it may take up to 28 days for a return to be processed. Proof of purchase must be provided.

 

Courier Charges

Courier charges for returns are at the expense of customers. Postage costs will be reimbursed if a defect is at the fault of All Things Uber Ltd once items have been inspected by us and liability has been determined. Reimbursement of postage costs will be up to the value of £10 and only if liability is determined in the favour of the customer once we have received and inspected items.
If after inspection it is determined All Things Uber Ltd is not at fault, goods will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer. After we have received your consignment, it may take up to 28 days for a return to be processed.

 

Warranty

A 1 year manufacturer warranty is provided with all purchases of Uberboards to cover the internal battery, Motor and Control Board only. We cannot be held responsible for misuse.
The warranty will be deemed void if the board, charger or accessory are not free of any damage and seals must be intact. We will endeavor to repair faulty boards as quickly as possible which is usually 2-4 weeks once received, but the repair and testing process may take some time longer in certain cases to ensure that the boards are completely repaired to the highest quality before being returned. We reserve the right to keep boards until we deem them suitable for return. We request that you are patient throughout the repair process as boards may sometimes have to be sent to our external repair facilities. Proof of purchase is required or your warranty will be deemed void.

 

Wrong or Damaged Item Received

All Things Uber Ltd endeavours to ensure that all items received by our customers are as expected.
We ask customers to please accept our apologies if an item is received with any faults or damage or if an incorrect item is received due to error on our part. We understand that the occurrence of such errors may cause frustration and issues for customers and we will ensure that we resolve such issues as effectively and as timely as possible.
It is important that you contact us immediately regarding any errors on our part to ensure that we can rectify any issues as timely as possible for you. Do not attempt to fix a faulty or damaged item yourself as this will deem your warranty void as any returns for items which have been tampered with will not be accepted. By contacting us, we will be able to instruct you of what to do next and assist you to rectify any issues.
Upon receiving an incorrect item due to an error on our part, said item must be returned to us within 14 days and in the same condition that it was received in order to qualify for a refund or replacement. Proof of purchase must be provided.

 

Items Not Received

On the rare occasion that you do not receive an item that you have ordered, please accept our apologies. We understand that not receiving an item can be frustrating and problematic for customers and we endeavour to prevent such occurrences and rectify issues of this nature as effectively and as timely as possible. Please allow 14 days for your product to be received before contacting us in case of delays by couriers caused by events such as busy periods or adverse weather conditions. Our estimated delivery times can be viewed on our “Deliveries” page.
You must contact us within 30 days following the point that you received your dispatch confirmation email.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
